Overview
This policy explains how Lyrox may handle information submitted through this website, including contact and project enquiry forms.
Information you provide
When you contact Lyrox, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company name, project requirements and other information you choose to include.
Meeting bookings
If you book a meeting, Lyrox also stores the selected host, requested date and time, meeting place, meeting purpose, tracking ID and meeting status so the appointment can be managed and tracked. Meeting tracking requires both the tracking ID and booking email.
How information is used
Information can be used to respond to enquiries, prepare project discussions, provide support, maintain records, improve the website and protect the service against misuse.
Remembering your brief
If you choose Remember my brief, your form information is stored in this browser for up to seven days. You can clear it at any time. This option is off until you choose it.
Enquiry sources
Campaign source, medium, campaign name and the landing page may be recorded with a submitted enquiry. Session storage keeps the source while you browse. This website does not run third-party advertising pixels or visitor analytics.
Technical data
Hosting and server infrastructure may process standard technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details and security logs as part of normal website operation.
Sharing
Lyrox does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, email, analytics or other service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website or provide requested services.
Retention and security
Information should be kept only as long as reasonably required for the purpose it was collected, legal obligations, support records or business administration. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
